The ideal candidate should:
• Be pursuing a 3 or 4-year degree in fields related to supply chain or general business management.
• Be willing to travel across our distribution centers.
• Possess curiosity and comfort in exploring new trends, tools, technologies, and industry developments.
• Have proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, including productivity tools.
•
Utilize analytical and visualization software, such as Excel and Power
BI, to access, transform, integrate, analyze, and visualize data.
• Independently manage workstreams to derive data-driven insights.
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
• Synthesize and align with stakeholders.
• Efficiently coordinate with customers.
• Provide support for ad hoc assignments.
• Exhibit strong written and verbal communication skills.
The
candidate will have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of
improvement projects, gaining hands-on experience in various aspects of
logistics operations while contributing to continuous process
improvement projects.
