As a Product Development Intern (Travel Coordinator), your main focus will be on nurturing relationships with travel partners and crafting innovative travel products that captivate our audience. Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring to life new travel concepts, including packages, hotels, and experiences.
- Leverage market research to uncover trends, customer preferences, and competitive insights to drive our product strategies.
- Generate fresh product ideas grounded in market insights and user feedback.
- Manage project timelines, ensuring the timely realization of product development milestones.
- Develop and refine product concepts through prototyping and iterative processes, aligning with company objectives.
- Oversee product testing and validation, ensuring quality and user satisfaction.
- Guide products from ideation to launch, incorporating beta tests and pilot initiatives.
- Partner with the marketing team to craft compelling product messaging and go-to-market strategies.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to infuse innovation into product development.
- Provide support for daily administrative tasks and spontaneous challenges.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English.
- A knack for creative problem-solving, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Meticulous attention to detail, committed to surpassing customer expectations.
- Business acumen and a grasp of diverse business models and requirements.
- Ability to excel both independently and within a remote team environment.
- Prior experience in product management is a plus.
