Job Description:
- We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Intern/Trainee to join our Talent Acquisition team. This is a valuable opportunity for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in the field of HR and talent acquisition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in posting job openings on various job boards and social media platforms.
- Screen incoming resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
- Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates' qualifications and interest.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Collaborate with team members to continuously improve recruitment processes.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
