Assist to develop Employee Engagement Communication for internal audience (this may include everything from constructing the message to designing the image on Canva);
- Coordinate with Internal stakeholders and respond to incoming requests for information;
- Develop the necessary communication materials for internal stakeholders (announcements, presentations, letters, etc.);
- Some travel to manufacturing plants in Ekala, Kotugoda and Midigama.
Requirements
- Undergraduate in marketing, communication, PR, management or partly qualified in CIM/ SLIM;
- Proficiency in Microsoft word, Excel and other MS office packages;
- Experience in Canva software;
- Excellent written and spoken English skills and capability of creating aesthetically pleasing designs;
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to prioritize in changing environment;
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills;
- Ability to work both independently and as a part of a team;
- Excellent time management.
