Position - Internship with WOW Superapp - Merchant Platforms & Partnerships
Customer Service:
- Assist in responding to customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback through various communication channels.
- Learn to provide accurate and helpful information to customers about products, services, and promotions.
- Observe and contribute to resolving customer complaints, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Order Fulfillment:
- Gain exposure to the order fulfillment process, from order placement to delivery coordination.
- Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to support accurate and timely order processing and shipping.
- Learn to monitor order statuses and delivery times to ensure customers receive their orders as expected.
Data Management:
- Assist in maintaining accurate customer records, order details, and interactions in the system.
- Learn to generate and analyze basic reports related to order fulfillment metrics and customer inquiries.
Communication and Collaboration:
- Observe effective communication with internal teams to address customer concerns and gather relevant information.
- Learn to collaborate with IT team members to assist in troubleshooting technical issues.
Process Support:
- Participate in identifying areas for process improvement within customer service and order fulfillment workflows.
- Assist in implementing streamlined processes to enhance efficiency and customer experience.
The Person
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program, preferably in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Problem-solving abilities and a willingness to learn.
- Basic proficiency in using office software and digital tools.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Interest in customer service, e-commerce, and mobile app-based services.
- Enthusiasm for learning about the Super App landscape and mobile technology trends.
