GRI produces high-grade specialty tires that are built sustainably using pure natural rubber in Sri Lanka. Founded in 2002, the company produces material handling solid tires, radial agriculture tires, and construction tires. GRI has offices and operations in nine countries including the United States, Germany, France, Netherlands, Spain, the Baltics and Australia, with a business presence in more than 50 countries worldwide.


Since 2018, GRI has been advancing in the rapid expansion of its specialty tire production plants and tire compound mixing facilities in Sri Lanka as well as its operations in key countries. GRI ensures its commitment to sustainability and environmental protection throughout its operations globally.


We are on the lookout for an exceptionally self-motivated and driven individual, with high levels of energy, a deep passion for Talent Development, and above all, the perseverance to win, as Junior Executive Digital Marketing.

Duties and Responsibilities:

·       Support the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns across platforms including social media, email, and website to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.

·       Assist the creation of compelling and targeted content for various digital channels, ensuring consistent brand messaging and tone.

·       Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.

·       Manage social media accounts by scheduling posts, responding to comments, and engaging with the audience to foster a strong online community.

·       Collaborate with graphic designers, content creators and agencies to develop visually appealing and effective marketing materials.

·       Track and analyze website traffic, social media metrics, audience demographics and other key performance indicators to identify trends and opportunities for lead generation and conversion optimization.

·       Monitor lead generation strategies to expand the company's customer base and track qualified leads through digital channels.

·       Stay updated on digital marketing trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies to recommend innovative strategies.

Essential Qualifications / Exposure:

·       Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.

·       Proven experience in digital marketing coordination.

·       Proficiency in using digital marketing tools such as Meta Business Suite, social media platforms, and email marketing software.

·       Excellent written and verbal communication skills in order to communicate with international customers and cross-functional teams.

·       Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.

·       Strong organization and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

·       Demonstrated basic proficiency with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator and Photoshop), Microsoft Office (Excel/Word/PowerPoint/Outlook) and basic HTML/ WordPress is a plus.
