Job Summary:
As a management trainee, you will participate in a structured training program designed to develop your skills and prepare you for a managerial role within our organization. You will gain hands-on experience in various departments and functional areas, learn about our company's operations and policies, and work closely with experienced mentors to build a strong foundation for future leadership positions.
Responsibilities:
Rotate through different departments to gain exposure to various aspects of the organization's operations.
Collaborate with team members and managers to understand workflows, processes, and procedures.
Assist in project management, problem-solving, and decision-making activities.
Learn about company policies, standards, and industry regulations.
Develop leadership skills by working closely with mentors and observing managerial practices.
Adapt to changing business needs and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Provide support to managers and teams in daily tasks and projects.
Regularly report progress, insights, and feedback to program supervisors.
Prepare and deliver presentations to showcase learnings and project outcomes.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Management, Marketing, etc.).
Excellent verbal communication skills in English is a must.
Proficiency in IT Literacy/Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Previous experience of working with foreign clients will be an added advantage.

Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
