Responsibilities:
• Manage and maintain Windows-based systems, including servers, workstations, Servers, Printers, Storage and other networked devices.
• Manage and maintain Microsoft Remote Desktop Services, Microsoft Office 365 environments, including Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, and related services.
• Monitor and optimize system performance, security, and availability.
• Manage and maintain Active Directory and related services.
• Plan, design, and implement cloud migrations of on-premises systems to Azure.
• Manage, Maintain, and monitor Infrastructure Compute, Network, Storage, Backups and Security.
• Maintain documentation related to infrastructure, deployment processes, and system configuration.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience managing and maintaining Windows-based systems
• Experience with Azure and cloud migrations, including planning, designing, and implementing cloud migrations of on-premises systems to Azure
• Experience with Microsoft Office 365 environments, including Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, and related services
• Strong understanding of Active Directory and related services
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, and ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
Preferred Qualifications:
• Industry certifications in Microsoft or Security (MCSE, MCSA, Azure, or Security)
• Experience with Bash or PowerShell scripting
• Experience with other cloud platforms, such as AWS or Google Cloud Platform
• Experience with Data backup and Recovery tools and technologies (Veeam, Commvault, etc..)
• Previous Managed Services experience and end user support.
