WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We are seeking professional and mature individuals to support us in our recruitment process by conducting Phone Interviews and other recruitment activities by following a set of guidelines and standards provided.


Responsibilities:

  • Carry out candidate screening phone interviews with clear communication and expectations outlined. Act as a Hiring agent for TSG by ensuring the most suitable candidate/s are selected.
  • Maintain consistency in adhering to standards and ensure accurate assessments are conducted.
  • Follow through with set protocols and expected standards, and be responsive in raising and handling candidate concerns.
  • Carry out all other recruitment calls. E.g Scheduling calls, Confirmation calls, interview assessment calls etc. to support a smooth recruitment process.
  • Ensure comfort and a pleasant experience are received by the candidate


Requirements:

  • Experience in working and speaking with people. E.g. Recruitment, Customer service, or Travel agents is an added advantage.
  • Average level of computer literacy and Google packages. E.g .Google Sheets
  • Excellent command of the English language is mandatory.
  • Ability to work at least 10 hours per week anytime between 9 AM to 9 PM during weekdays. (Flexible)
  • Will require to work remotely, with own Laptop, and Internet connection
