Responsibilities
- Closely work with all stakeholders of the engagement
- Project resource management, thereby enabling team members to work effectively and seamlessly
- Track and monitor project progress, performance and schedule adherence using project management tools
- Maintain project time frames, budgeting estimates and status reports
- Identify risks and potential future issues and escalate to the leadership
- Coordinate with project team members and develop schedules and individual responsibilities
- Organize meetings to discuss project goals and progress.
- Assign and oversee the daily tasks of the product team while ensuring all subordinates are actively working toward established milestones
- Host daily stand up meetings to determine progress and address any questions or challenges regarding projects
- Research and evaluate hardware and software technology options and weigh the cost/benefit analysis when making purchases on behalf of the company
Requirements
- 6+ years of professional work in a project management role
- Prior experience managing teams of Developers, Designers, Software Engineers and QA Engineers
- Bachelor's Degree in computer Science, software Engineering or related field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Project Management Professional (PMP) PMP, PRINC II, CSM Certifications or Master’s degree with Management will be an added advantage
