About the Role:

The role is:
  • Accountable for the planning and execution of the plans agreed with stakeholders.
  • Responsible for the monitoring and management of the delivery plans established.
  • Responsible for the team’s adoption of the recommended practices in software engineering
  • Responsible for establishing professional relationships with relevant stakeholders to foster collaboration.


How you will make an impact:
  • Plan and drive the team(s) towards achieving the roadmap items defined and agreed with stakeholders.
  • Coordination with Internal Stakeholders (Program core team). Collaborate with global/regional team on business objectives.
  • Collaboration with Local Teams. Supporting local team members (technology team) and effectively work and collaborate across functions is an important activity for product execution and implementation.
  • Coaching the team(s) in adopting the recommended practices prescribed by the relevant frameworks supporting agile and engineering.
  • Management of Risk & Issues with comprehensive mitigation and contingency plans


What we look for:
  • Bachelor’s degree in a field related to Information Technology
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in software development type projects and 2+ years of project management and possessing strong exposure to agile frameworks, especially in Scrum, Kanban
  • Ability to influence others positively.
  • Drive problems towards resolutions
  • Represent the team in larger forums and speaking on their behalf.
  • Able to articulate well on the problem.
  • Able to communicate verbally and written in a manner which the audience understands in shorter period.
  • Works cooperatively with others across the organization to achieve shared objectives.
  • Represents team’s interests while being fair to others and their areas.
  • Partners with others to get work done.
  • Credits others for their contribution’s and accomplishments
  • Gains trust and support of others
  • Persists in accomplishing objectives despite obstacles and setbacks.
  • Pushes self to achieve results.
  • Takes accountability for mistakes no matter how impactful it is.
