Requirements
- Experience in manual and automated testing process.
- Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes.
- Experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
- Hands-on experience with both white box and black box testing.
- Knowledge of load testing tools is an added advantage.
- Good knowledge of test automation tools.
- Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities.
- Design, develop and execute automation scripts using tools (Selenium).
- Identify, record, document thoroughly and track bugs.
- Liaise with internal teams (e.g. developers and product managers) to identify system requirements.
- Monitor debugging process results.
- Track quality assurance metrics, like defect densities and open defect counts.
- A degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent.
- Minimum 2+ years of automation experience.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Work collaboratively with our global teams in Armenia, Australia, India and Sri Lanka.
