As a Komar Senior Merchandiser you will be working with New Jersey Team Directly. You will be asked to work cross functionally, interfacing with other members of the Komar merchandising team. You are required to work on USA hours and willing for flexibility in working hours.
Responsibilities
- On time & accurate raw material sourcing, keep track of all developments & bulk and manage approvals to provide final details.
- Sample Management - Request, track, manage market samples/ photo samples/customer ad samples.
- Support in sending out packages to retailers, and factories.
- PLM: Develop and Release accurate Tech Packs on time to ensure all styles are ready for production.
- Helping to ensure logistical files/folders are kept up to date.
- Manage Photoshoots & Web Business.
What You Need to Have
- Excellent written and verbal English skills.
- A Minimum of 4-5 years' experience as a product development or bulk merchandiser in a reputed apparel organization.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook and other office applications.
- Ability to work within a high-performance, cross-functional organization with extremely tight timelines and aggressive goals.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Strong analytical skills with ability to multi-task and prioritize critical issues.
- Self-starter, resourceful, team player.
- Positive and dynamic attitude and the ability to interact professionally in a fast-paced environment.
- Must work well independently with excellent interpersonal skills.
