We are looking for a highly skilled and
experienced Senior QA Lead to join our team reporting to the Head of QA.
As a Senior QA Lead, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the
quality and reliability of our software solutions. You will lead a team
of QA professionals and drive the implementation of best practices to
deliver exceptional software products to our clients.

Responsibilities:
• Assist the Head of QA to manage a team of QA professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and support.
• Define comprehensive test strategies, plans, and test cases based on project requirements.
• Oversee the execution of functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
• Analyze test results, identify defects, and collaborate with the development team to ensure
timely resolution.
• Implement and optimize test automation frameworks and tools to enhance efficiency and test
coverage.
• Continuously improve QA processes, methodologies, and tools to ensure quality and
efficiency.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and
coordination.
• Prepare and present test reports, highlighting key findings, trends, and recommendations.
• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies in the QA field.
• Mentor team members, provide training and support their professional growth.
Expectations:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a senior-level QA role, leading and managing a team.
• Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
• Experience with test planning, test case design, and test execution.
• Proficiency in test management and defect tracking tools such as JIRA, TestRail, or Zephyr.
• Familiarity with test automation tools/frameworks such as Selenium, Appium, or Cypress.
• Experience with performance testing tools like JMeter or LoadRunner.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
Experience:
• Minimum of [10] years of experience in QA testing and quality assurance.
• Proven track record of successfully leading QA teams and delivering high-quality software
products.
• Experience in testing web-based applications, mobile applications, or enterprise software.
• Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience in working with distributed teams or globally distributed projects is a plus.
