Education
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communication, or a related field.
Experience
3+ years of experience in social media marketing with a proven track record of growing
social media channels and driving engagement.
Key Competencies:
1.
Content Creation for Social media channels. Ability to execute
photoshoots, work with models, styling for shoots, art direction,
creating reels, stories and posts.
2. Strong project management skills and ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
3. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Technical Competencies
1. Strong content creation skills and ability to write in a brand's voice.
2. Knowledge of social media analytics and the ability to use data to inform social media strategies.
3. Experience with paid social media campaigns and the ability to target specific audiences.
4. Experience with AI technology and its application in social media marketing (added bonus).
