Position - Software Administrator
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot IT issues for users.
- Maintain Power Automate flows and optimize them.
- Manage Office 365 emails, user setups, and compliance.
- Handle security tasks, implement best practices, and manage filters.
- Control MFA, user access, and permissions.
- Offer after-hours support and address admin panel issues.
- Document queries and use programming for automation.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven IT help desk support experience for daily technical issues.
- Strong with Microsoft Power Automate and workflow management.
- Proficient in troubleshooting Office 365 and email systems.
- Familiar with eDiscovery for email archiving.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Expertise in Office 365 admin panel and issue resolution.
- Excellent English communication in both reading & writing.
