Position - Software Administrator

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and troubleshoot IT issues for users.
  • Maintain Power Automate flows and optimize them.
  • Manage Office 365 emails, user setups, and compliance.
  • Handle security tasks, implement best practices, and manage filters.
  • Control MFA, user access, and permissions.
  • Offer after-hours support and address admin panel issues.
  • Document queries and use programming for automation.


Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven IT help desk support experience for daily technical issues.
  • Strong with Microsoft Power Automate and workflow management.
  • Proficient in troubleshooting Office 365 and email systems.
  • Familiar with eDiscovery for email archiving.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Expertise in Office 365 admin panel and issue resolution.
  • Excellent English communication in both reading & writing.
