Responsibilities:
Collaborate closely with technical and non-technical stakeholders to gather and synthesize information for technical proposals and software requirement specifications.
Craft clear, concise, and comprehensive documents that effectively communicate complex technical concepts, ensuring alignment with project goals and client needs.
Develop compelling technical proposals, showcasing our solutions, capabilities, and value proposition to potential clients.
Design, write, and maintain detailed software requirement specifications, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and traceability of requirements.
Translate technical information into user-friendly language, tailored to the intended audience, whether it's clients, developers, or project managers.
Work closely with subject matter experts, development teams, and project managers to gather insights and ensure accuracy in documentation.
Collaborate with visual designers to integrate visual aids and diagrams that enhance understanding of technical concepts.
Review and edit documents for consistency, adherence to established standards, and alignment with branding guidelines.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or diploma in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Technical Communication, or a related discipline).
Proven experience in technical writing, particularly in creating technical proposals and software requirement specifications.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas in an easily understandable manner.
Proficiency in using documentation tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
