  • Key Responsibilities
  • Itinerary Planning: Design and customize travel itineraries for inbound travellers, considering their preferences, budget and duration of stay. Ensure that itineraries cover popular attractions, local experiences and unique activities.
  • Client Communication: Interact with clients via phone, email or in-person to understand their travel requirements, answer queries and provide relevant information about their trip.
  • Supplier Coordination: Liaise with various suppliers, including hotels, transportation providers, tour operators and local guides, to confirm bookings availability and secure competitive rates.
  • Booking and Reservations: Make and manage reservations for accommodations, transportation, excursions and other travel-related services.
  • Travel Documentation: Prepare all necessary travel documents, including itineraries, vouchers and any required permits, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery to clients.
  • Travel Assistance: Provide on-the-ground support to clients during their travel, addressing any issues, changes or emergencies that may arise.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Ensure high customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service throughout the travel experience and handling any post-trip feedback or concerns.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the latest travel trends, destinations and offerings to provide expert advice and recommendations to clients.


Qualifications and Skills:


  • Proven experience in the travel industry, preferably in inbound travel or tour operations.
  • Strong organizational skills with an ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and suppliers from diverse cultural backgrounds.
  • Proficiency in using travel-related software and tools for reservations, bookings and itinerary planning.
  • Knowledge of popular travel destinations, attractions and local culture.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle unexpected situations calmly and professionally.
  • Flexibility to work irregular hours, including weekends and holidays, as travel demands dictate
