The clinical Research Coordinator provides overall support to the medical investigators in hospitals to coordinate and manage clinical studies in multiple disease areas with applicable research management systems and processes. The individual will perform under the supervision of medical specialists working as principal investigators in hospitals to coordinate, implement, monitor progress and successfully conclude clinical studies.
Academic qualification & expertise required:
- BSc degree preferably in health sciences, bioscience, nursing & related discipline
- Strong interpersonal skills essential to work effectively with patients, their physicians and families
- Excellent language proficiency & communication ability in both English and Tamil (Both verbal & written), Ability to manage Sinhala language would be an added advantage
- Attention to detail & effective time management skills
- Working fluency in MS Office packages, One Drive and online databases/ systems
- Ability to work extended hours and during weekends
- Willingness to work inside government hospital setup (JaffnaTH)
Salary/ Allowance: Interesting salary/ allowance scheme + Insurance benefits
Contract: Renewable Project basis contract for 1 year
