Job Description

Your role is to:

• Understand our business goals, and be clear about how your design can help Daraz to meet its objectives.
• Work closely and passionately with product managers and business stakeholders in various time zones.
• Deliver good quality interface design and complete user flow within the allocated timeline.
• Care about our on-ground user experience, and take the initiative to improve the UI/UX design quality that our users can experience.
• Evolve and define our design system for better design quality, consistency, and efficiency.

A little bit about you:

• Should Possess a Bachelor's degree in HCI, Industrial design, or visual communication from a recognized university.
• Minimum experience of 2-3 years of design experience on digital platforms, preferably working on iOS and Android apps.
• A portfolio that showcases strong work with outstanding research, visual and user interface designs.
• An established track record of producing business results through design.
• Comfort with design and prototyping using Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Possess excellent technical aptitude, strong ownership, and a desire to learn constantly.
• A collaborative spirit and a proven ability to work well with others, building strong partnerships across teams.
• Experience working in start-ups or demonstrated ability to excel in fast-paced, changing, and ambiguous environments and work under high pressure.
• Excellent writing and verbal English communication skills to support documentation, presentation, and design advocacy.
