Education/ Experience and Skill Requirement
- Willingness to work the UK, US or Asia Pacific shift
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Marketing (covering Digital Marketing) or related field
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment
- Two to five years of relevant work experience using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) CMS
- Knowledge of web development languages, such as HTML, CSS and JavaScript
- Understanding of websites and basic logic and structure
- Experience in working with analytical software (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, etc.), web crawling tools (Screaming Frog), project management tools (Jira, SharePoint) and media platforms (Brightcove) will be an added advantage
- Excellent production and quality control skills
- Ability to analyse and provide potential solutions to issues
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), with strong attention to detail
- Knowledge of/interest in capital markets, funds and asset management will be an added advantage
Responsibilities
- Use AEM content management system (CMS) tool to build, update and publish client website content and coordinate with client teams on requirement
- Provide HTML/CSS/JavaScript support for updating client websites, corporate intranet and any newly launched websites and microsites
- Upload and publish content on various media platforms
- Support the team with ad hoc projects and production of live events
- Conduct routine quality assurance checks on content and produce reports
- Adhere to all deadlines and escalate potential issues, as necessary
- Ensure policies and procedures are followed in programming and projects and participate in policy reviews
- Work closely with client teams for the ongoing development, enhancement and management of the CMS tool and website
