We're looking for a talented and creative Web Developer to join our dynamic team. This role involves designing, coding, testing, and maintaining visually appealing, user-friendly websites and web applications. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of WordPress development experience, a solid grasp of front-end and back-end technologies, including security applications, a strong design sensibility, and a passion for crafting outstanding online experiences.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop responsive and interactive websites and web applications.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other
- relevant programming languages.
- Integrate third-party applications and services to enhance website functionality.
- Optimize website performance, ensuring fast loading times and smooth user experiences.
- Conduct testing and debugging across various browsers, devices, and platforms.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in web
- development.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as they arise.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Web Developer, with a portfolio of previous projects showcasing diverse skills. Preferred experience as a WordPress developer
- Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery.
- Strong understanding of back-end technologies, including server-side scripting languages
- (e.g., PHP, Python, Ruby) and databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL).
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and web hosting platforms.
- Graphic design skills and familiarity with design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
- Creative thinking and a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest web development
- trends and techniques.
- Experience with mobile app development or hybrid frameworks will be an added advantage.
