Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately record and maintain financial transactions in our accounting software.
- Assist with bank reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
- Track and categorize expenses and maintain financial records.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports.
- Support payroll calculations and related activities.
- Collaborate with accountants and auditors as needed.
- Perform general administrative tasks related to finance.
Requirements:
- Academic qualifications in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Maintains confidentiality with sensitive financial information.
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.
