Position - Back End Developer

Responsibilities:
- Developing new features and functionality for our internal product and other projects
Continuously improving, refactoring, and modernizing the existing codebase
- Monitoring quality, optimizing performance, and developing test coverage and methodologies for continuous code release
- Adhering to and supporting the agile software development methodology employed within the engineering team
- Providing mentorship and guidance to junior developers
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience working with Node.JS
- Fullstack experience is a bonus, but not required
- API design and management experience (REST/GraphQL)
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines
- DevOps knowledge is nice to have
- Strong communication, ethics , trustworthiness and ability to work as part of a team (startup experience preferred)
