Position - Business Analyst
Key Responsibilities
- Review business performance of ongoing operations and recommend optimization strategies to the management.
- Assist the management to finalize decisions on corporate resource allocations.
- Prepare monthly reports on financial performance based on KPI to report business performance.
- Analyzing industry related data, evaluating opportunities, and making recommendations to the management.
Qualification and Experience
- A degree from a recognized university in Business Management, Finance, Economics, or Professional Qualification in CIMA or ACCA.
- Three years of work experience with strong skills in business analysis is mandatory.
- Team player with good communication skills in both Sinhala and English.
- Analytical and critical thinking.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Should be an analytical and critical thinker.
- Highly skilled in presenting information.
