Position -  Business Development Executive

As a Business Development Executive at Growth Prof, you will play a crucial role in expanding our client base and nurturing existing client relationships. This position focuses on identifying and establishing strategic partnerships, enhancing client engagement, and driving business growth within the Australian accounting industry. You will work closely with our leadership team to develop and execute effective business development strategies.


Key Responsibilities

1. Industry Analysis:

  • Conduct in-depth research and analysis of the Australian accounting and financial services industry, identifying market trends, competitive landscape, and growth opportunities.

2. Strategic Partnership Development:

  • Identify and evaluate potential strategic partners, including other financial institutions, technology providers, or industry associations.
  • Establish and nurture partnerships that enhance our service offerings, extend our reach, and drive business growth.

3. Client Engagement and Retention:

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their needs, providing personalized service, and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Develop engagement strategies to increase client loyalty, referrals, and cross-selling opportunities.

4. Business Development:

  • Lead efforts to identify and target new clients within the Australian accounting and financial services sector.
  • Develop and execute business development plans, including lead generation, prospecting, and pitching our services to potential clients.

5. Marketing and Promotion:

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create marketing materials, campaigns, and events aimed at promoting our services and partnerships.

6. Reporting and Analysis:

  • Track and report on the progress of partnership development, client engagement, and business development efforts.
  • Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights to refine strategies.

7. Compliance and Risk Management:

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Proven experience in business development, partnership management, or client engagement
  • A strong understanding of the Australian accounting and financial services sector is preferred
