Position - Business Development Manager
About The Role
As Business Development Manager you will be based in and responsible for West Kazakhstan (Aktau, Atyrau, Aktobe, Uralsk). You will report directly Country Manager.
What you will do:
- Implement planned sales targets in all sales channels in the territory
- Coordinate the work of the distributor's team
- Promote sales growth and product distribution
- Manage trade marketing activities, sales and market share goals, and cost control.
- Participate in intensive training for the distributor team
- Introduce modern methods of working with key industry clients.
- Perform regular analysis of reports on sales, distribution and profitability, broadcasts the current dynamics of sales, the level of implementation of the plan. Gives and implements recommendations based on the results of the analysis.
- Prepare short and long-range sales plans and strategies utilizing available sales and marketing programs to reach nominated targets.
- Negotiate plan and conditions with customer.
- Introduce new products/services to clients and organize visits to current and potential clients to drive sales expansion.
- Possess and apply detailed product knowledge as well as thorough knowledge of client’s business.
- Maintain and retain long-term customer relationships with established clients.
- Ensure that clients receive high quality customer service.
- Involve appropriate sales representative when clients have additional service needs.
Who You are:
- Possess higher education
- Have key account management experience ideally in FMCG sector
- Have strong managerial skills (both in terms of building business processes and leading a team).
- Result-drive with analytical skills
- Able to build business plans and effective team
- Fluent in Kazach and Russian (is a must)
- Able to communicate in English (intermediate level)
- Advanced PC user
- Have driving license category B
