Mintpay is revolutionizing Sri Lankan financial industry by reimagining how payments are done. Launched in 2020, Mintpay is Sri Lanka's first "buy now, pay later" payment facility that allows spread the cost of purchase over 3 interest-free installments using debit or credit cards.

Your responsibilities will include
- Interpret and implement Figma designs into functional and responsive web applications.
- Develop and maintain web applications using ReactJS, TypeScript, and TailwindCSS with a primary focus on styling.
- Implement responsive designs with a focus on user experience and visual aesthetics.
- Utilize tools like HeadlessUI and Framer Motion to enhance UI/UX animations and transitions.
- Collaborate with the design and development teams to ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Maintain and manage code versions using Git and collaborate on projects using GitHub.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our applications remain current.
- Provide feedback and suggestions for continuous improvement in our design and development processes.
Who are you?
- Proven experience working with ReactJS, TailwindCSS, and TypeScript.
- Ability to accurately interpret and implement designs from Figma into web applications.
- Strong understanding of web styling, with a portfolio showcasing styled web applications.
- Experience with HeadlessUI, Framer Motion, or similar UI/UX tools.
- Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, specifically Git and GitHub.
- Strong problem-solving skills with an eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
