Position - General Manager
Department: Sales and Business Operation
Job Description:
- Work closely with the CEO to achieve strategic objectives for the company.
- Ensure adherence to organizational compliance in all departments.
- Manage the sales and partner management division with a key focus on reviewing and growing sales and ensuring the renewal of existing partners.
- Manage the sales team onsite and abroad.
- Proactively handle risks and issues.
Skills:
- Experience in strategic planning, budgeting, and staff management
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Experience in the project management or PMO industry is a plus
Compensation Package:
- Fixed Salary: 6 million to 7 million Sri Lankan rupees (SLR) per year
- Sales Incentives: 2%–5% for achieving the sales target and as per the company's defined sales incentive plan
- Mobile Allowance: At Actual [Will be Provided Dedicated International Phone Number]
- Performance Bonus: Normally, 2-3 bonuses are disbursed per year. Performance bonuses will depend on both quantitative and qualitative assessment criteria.
- Travel Allowance: Actual as per company travel policy
- Pension: 5% company contribution for permanent employees Run by the PF policy
- Performance Review and Appraisal: This will be done after six months, depending on performance.
Requirements to meet:
- 15+ years of sales and business development experience
- Proven record of performing senior-level positions and contributing to organizational growth
- Proven sales record
- Commercial awareness partnered with a strategic mindset
- Knowledge of Project Management will be an added advantage.
- Software sales experience in the international market
- Ability to work collaboratively with others to provide quality service
- Ability to prioritize, demonstrating first-class organizational and time management skills
