KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Assist in all day to day operations in the repairing and allocation of laptops.
- Repairing laptops.
- Troubleshooting Windows / Linux OS issues.
- Maintain IT-related documentation.
KEY QUALIFICATIONS :
- Recognized Certification in Computer Hardware and Networking.
- Experience in laptop repair.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Must have the ability to work with a team, follow directions and organizational skills.
- Should be a quick learner with a can-do attitude.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar environment.
