Qualifications and Skills:
· Bachelor’s or HND in human resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
· Proven experience (3-4 years) in an HR role with a focus on Organizational Development.
· Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all organizational levels.
· Proficiency in using HRIS systems and data analytics tools to drive insights and decisions.
· Adept at maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive HR matters with tact and professionalism.
