Position - Information Technology Executive

We are seeking a dedicated IT Support Executive to join our IT department. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for all internal IT-related issues, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide first-level technical support for hardware and software issues
Respond to helpdesk requests via email, chat, and phone
Troubleshoot problems and offer actionable solutions
Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and software
Monitor system performance and implement preventive measures
Assist in system backups and data recovery
Maintain up-to-date documentation of IT procedures, system configurations, and inventory
Work closely with vendors to procure hardware and software
Skills & Qualifications:
• Degree Certificate Diploma Higher Diploma in Information technology or equivalent from a recognized institute
• Competency CCNA MCSA VMWare vendor certifications would be an advantage.
• At least two years of work experience
• Familiar with the concepts of Windows, LAN, WAN, and VPN Networking Infrastructure
• Good working knowledge of Computer Hardware, Software, Printers Installations, troubleshooting.,
• Great team player who is willing to learn new technologies and has a can-do attitude
