Doc990 offers a range of digital health related services to its customers including doctor channeling facility at main hospitals & channeling centers across the country, video & audio doctor consultations, medicine delivery, lab services and many more through Doc990 mobile app & www.doc.lk website. We are on the lookout for a self-motivated, enthusiastic, and hardworking individual with excellent interpersonal and technical skills to join our expanding Doc990 team and take on a pivotal role.
Main responsibilities
- Onboard/integrate new hospitals to Doc990 by visiting the hospital, conducting trainings to hospital staff, hospital printer configurations and facilitating other IT infra related services.
- Provide post go live support to hospitals and assist the hospital staff with their clarifications.
- Facilitate frequent over the phone assistance and assistance via remote desktop applications to hospitals with their technical and operational queries.
- Provide assistance to the Doc990 IT team whenever required.
- Assist other internal teams with hospital related queries during and after onboarding hospitals.
Qualifications
- Fresh graduate followed a degree in IT/ computer Science.
- Or a candidate who has recently completed a HND diploma in IT/ computer Science.
- Or a candidate who has completed any IT/computer science related course/diploma.
- Or a candidate who is currently following any of above mentioned courses and able to commit to work on weekdays.
