REQUIREMENTS:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A Bachelor's degree from a recognized university in computer science or management information systems.
At least 3 to 6 months of experience working in a similar role
Excellent knowledge of OOP concepts.
Good grasp of SDLC and Agile development process.
Good knowledge of GitHub.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead a fast-paced agile development team with weekly sprint deliverables
Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders
Requirement analysis for features, enhancements & change requests
Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
Lead daily project stand-up.
Ensure that project delivery is tracking on time and mitigate blockers with the team
Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
Efficiently manage production incidents with timely resolutions & time status updates to all key stakeholders
Maintain daily project burn analysis
Ensure resource availability and allocation
Keep all stakeholders informed with regards to project status, risks, and issues
Work with the project team to identify risks, and plan for risk response and mitigation.
Proactively monitor project risks resolutions.
Escalate issues to relevant stakeholders as needed
Resolve conflicts, including scope, schedule, resource, quality, and communication
Provide project metrics and other reports/updates in a timely manner
Train, coach, and evangelize teams on the Agile mindset, frameworks, and practices
Advocate
continuous improvement of Agile best practices while fostering a
high-performing, collaborative culture in a cross-functional team
Coordinate with multiple dependent teams in different locations/time zones as required
Comply with project plans and delivery deadlines
