Responsibilities:
- Engage in strategic supply chain management, optimizing operations and processes.
- Contribute to international marketing efforts, utilizing creativity and analytical skills to penetrate new markets.
- Participate in research and development initiatives, driving product excellence.
OR
- Engage in ERP and software implementations, gathering business requirements, and documenting process flows.
- Conduct comprehensive testing to ensure system compliance with specifications.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to end users for seamless daily operations and contribute to continuous software improvement across multiple ERPs and software platforms.
Profile:
- Hold a bachelor’s degree from a recognized University/Institute
- Additional professional qualifications such as CIM/SLIM/CIMA are advantageous
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for building strong relationships
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and computer literacy
- Knowledge of ERP system such as SAP will be an added advantage.
