Responsibilities:

  • Managing filing system and Recording information as needed.
  • Updating paperwork, maintaining documents, and word processing.
  • Helping organize and maintain office while coordinating events as necessary.
  • Maintaining supply inventory and office equipment as needed
  • Provide first-level technical support to end-users via various communication channels (phone, email, chat, or in-person).
  • Support users in the use of computer equipment, software applications, and various IT tools.
  • Collaborate with other IT teams and third-party vendors to resolve technical issues.
  • Identify and diagnose hardware and software problems and provide appropriate solutions or escalate issues to higher-level support when necessary.

Requirements:

  • Experience as an office assistant or in a related field.
  • Ability to write clearly and help with word processing when necessary.
  • Warm personality with strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work well under limited supervision.
  • Have a valid driver's license.
  • Basic understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking concepts would be an added advantage.
