Position - Quality Assurance Engineer - Mobile/ Web

Job Description
- Work with product team to understand requirements, design comprehensive test plans and test cases
- Execute the plans to thoroughly test all software releases under your charge, which can include client and server-side products, API platform and server infrastructure
- Create automated tests for the test cases, and manually test software for which automation is not available yet
- Report and track defects, prepare test plan report, sign off on releases
- Help define, implement, and drive adoption of QA best practices and processes. Proactively help improve processes
- Support other test areas including performance, load, security.
- Risk identification, take immediate action and notify relevant parties
- Review client, customer, user feedback
Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on manual or automation experience with web and mobile applications (Manual & automation both will be an added advantage)
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or related field from a recognized university
- Experience in AWS device farm or BrowserStack
- Experience in Selenium or other similar automation tool will be an added advantage
- Familiar with Agile methodology with Scrum framework
- Understanding about OOP concepts & software development life cycle
- Ability to work on different databases
- Experience with test design techniques
- Ability to write and maintain test cases & review requirements and test cases
- Strong analytical, decision making and problem-solving skills.
- Performance or security testing experience is an added advantage
- Ability to work under minimum supervision
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
