Position - Software Engineer - PHP
Lead Lanka International (Pvt) Ltd is the software developer arm of New Zealand-based software company, Iclick Online Technology Limited.
Our Company is a full-service digitally led Software agency that offers a complete suite of cloud services and enterprise solutions to New Zealand and Australia.
We currently have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to join our dynamic team as a Software Engineer - PHP.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues
- Writing “clean” code per company coding standards, in a timely and scalable manner
- Working in small cross-functional teams to build, ship, and maintain the company’s products
- Code reviews, automated testing, continuous integration
- Design, develop, document, test, and debug new and existing software systems and applications
- Serve as a technical expert on development projects and drive the full development life cycle including requirements analysis and design
- Support, maintain, and document software functionality. Identify and evaluate new technologies for implementation
- Drive software design meetings and analyze user needs to determine technical requirements
- Consult with end users to prototype, refine, test, and debug programs to meet needs
- Complies with all security policies and procedures, to ensure that the highest level of system and data confidentiality, integrity, and availability is maintained
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
- Competent (3 + years) experience in a similar capacity
- Experience with PHP Frameworks:Laravel, Symfony and CodeIgniter Experience with application layer technologies and API Integrations (XML, JSON, and REST)
- Competent withOOP, MySQL, and relational database concepts.
- Experience with CICD
- Able to perform code reviews to ensure the code meets the acceptance criteria.
- Full-stack experience. Frontend using JavaScript and CSS along with frameworks (Angular JS, jQuery, NodeJS, Vue.JS)
- Ability to oversee and drive projects forward
- Hands-on experience onVue.JS and React would be a definite advantage
