Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a System Engineer located in Colombo with flexibility for some remote work. The System Engineer will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as troubleshooting, system administration, technical support, systems design, and systems engineering.
Qualifications
- Experience in systems engineering, troubleshooting, and system administration
- Experience in technical support and systems design
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Industry certifications such as Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) or Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) are a plus
