Position - UI/UX Designer

We’re looking for a Senior Web Designer to join our team and help us create the next generation of user interfaces.

We are a leader in performance-based marketing with our work featured and celebrated across global forums such as the Awwwards, Web Awards, NYX Marcom Awards and many more including recognition in Sri Lanka at SLT Zero One and SLIM DIGIS. Antyra works with hundreds of leading brands in the fields of travel and hospitality, finance and insurance, e-commerce, fashion and education.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research and Design web, mobile and software interfaces with responsiveness and multi-device experience in mind.
• Conceptualize, wireframe and proto-type designs for UX testing and workflow optimization including storyboarding key user journeys.
• Communicate with clients and other stakeholders when necessary to create and sign-off designs.
• Design acceptance testing after development to ensure pixel perfect implementation.

Minimum Requirements:

• 3 years’ experience in UI / UX.
• Proven skills and portfolio in user interaction design and web design.
• Skills in illustration and graphic design to create unique elements in designs.
• Learning attitude to continuously evolve designs and output.
• A degree or similar qualification in UI / UX, IT or Visual Arts will be an added advantage.

• Excellent communication skills and experience in client management.

• Attention to detail and a knack for learning.
