Position - UI/UX Designer

Objective: To design intuitive, engaging, and effective user interfaces and experiences for digital products, ensuring user satisfaction and meeting business goals.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Research & Analysis

- Conduct user research to understand user needs, preferences, and pain points.

- Analyze user feedback and behavior to refine and optimize the user interface.

- Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies.


2. Design Development

- Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.

- Design user interfaces that are intuitive, visually appealing, and align with brand guidelines.

- Develop prototypes for new product ideas.


3. Collaboration

- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions for product visuals and user experience.

- Present designs and key deliverables to peers and stakeholders and gather feedback.


4. Testing & Iteration

- Conduct user testing of applications, software, and websites.

- Refine and iterate designs based on user feedback and testing results.


5. Documentation & Handoff

- Prepare detailed UI specifications and design documentation.

- Ensure that the final design is translated into functional user interfaces by developers.


Qualifications:

- Proven UI/UX design experience with a strong portfolio.

- Proficiency in design software such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar.

- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.

- Strong problem-solving skills and a creative approach.

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
