Position - Web Developer Trainee
We are looking for a Trainee Web Developer who is passionate about pushing web technologies to the limits. You will be responsible for developing new websites / upgrading existing websites using HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, and JavaScript. You will collaborate with Product Management, and UI/UX designers, Content Creators on requirements and direction with the team to build a quality website.
The ideal candidate is a creative problem solver who will coordinate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain our next-generation websites and web tools. You must be comfortable working as part of a team while taking the initiative to lead on new innovations and projects.
Responsibilities
- Revise, edit, proofread & and optimize web content
- Work cross-functionally to enhance the overall user experience of our website
- Own various design tasks involved in the web development life cycle from start to finish
Qualifications
- Practical experience in web development, at least 1 - 2 years of experience using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- BSc or Diploma in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or equivalent
- Excellent debugging and optimizing skills
- Working experience in Agile and Scrum environments
