Position - Administration Assistant

About The Role
We have
an exciting opportunity for 2 x Administration Assistants to join our
ever-growing team. This role has emerged to better support our
increasing operational demands. These Administration Assistants will
support our Retail Area Management team and will be responsible for a
range of tasks including:
- Data entry, analysis and reporting
- Scheduling and calendar management
- General administrative support
- Coordination of various internal operations
These are full-time roles, with working hours from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm
(Eastern Australian Time), Monday to Friday. However, flexible working
hours is available.
About The Person
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills, qualifications, and experience:
- Bachelor degree in Business, Commerce, Accounting or similar.
- Previous experience in administration and data analysis.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (and preferably GSuite as well).
- Outstanding English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
