About the Role:
The
Application Security engineer will act as a key technical resource
capable of handling many aspects of web, mobile and cloud application
security testing, along with incorporating security throughout Wiley’s
SDLC and Ci/CD pipeline.
How you will make an impact:
- Design, implement and support Wiley’s Application security program.
- Support of DAST and SAST tasks.
- Perform Application Pen Testing.
- Develop Application Security Policy/Standard/Guidelines.
- Liaise with architecture team, product management team and DevOps team to SSDLC work.
- Manage application security vulnerability management program.
What we look for:
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree or an equivalent qualification.
- Must have a minimum of 2+ years of experience in Application Security.
- Good understanding of SSDLC concepts, DevSecOps culture development.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working with DAST/SAST Tools, Kali, Burp Suite, OWASP Top 10 is essential.
- Experience working with PERL, Java & Python
- CEH, OSCP, or CISSP Certification is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills.
