Position - Application Support Specialist

We are on the lookout for an Application Support Specialist to work remotely for one of our partner companies based in the US
What you will be doing
- Accurately input and maintain pricing data, including contracts, tariffs, rates, and surcharge scales
- Manage contract adjustments, updates, and other similar changes for multiple clients
- Perform manual data entry tasks and maintain data consistency
- Collaborate with teams to resolve pricing-related issues and fulfill customer requests
- Communicate with stakeholders regarding data and pricing matters
- Review invoices, conduct accuracy checks, and forward them to customers
- Generate and share reports on pricing and invoicing status.
- Actively participate in team meetings and contribute to issue resolution and training.
What are we looking for
- Excellent command in written and spoken English
- Excellent IT literacy skills (MS Office)
- Exceptional attention to detail/accuracy
- Ability to take initiative and work with minimal supervision
- Able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks/clients while meeting customer deadline
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Experience in the Logistics domain would be an added advantage
