Position - Assistant Manager Accounting

Be responsible for managing the R2R process (Record to report) for a leading client, through a BPO / BPM arrangement. The selected candidate will be responsible for

  • delivering on service levels
  • Managing a team of 15
  • Reporting to the client
  • Process improvements


Candidate should have

  • Strong accounting, especially GL and reporting skills
  • Strong excel capability
  • Experience in working on ERP systems, a background in SAP will be an advantage
  • Strong communication skills
  • Managing teams of at least 5
  • A background in BPO / BPM will be an advantage
  • Passed finalist of ACCA / CA / CIMA or CMA
