Position - Assistant Manager Accounting
Be responsible for managing the R2R process (Record to report) for a leading client, through a BPO / BPM arrangement. The selected candidate will be responsible for
- delivering on service levels
- Managing a team of 15
- Reporting to the client
- Process improvements
Candidate should have
- Strong accounting, especially GL and reporting skills
- Strong excel capability
- Experience in working on ERP systems, a background in SAP will be an advantage
- Strong communication skills
- Managing teams of at least 5
- A background in BPO / BPM will be an advantage
- Passed finalist of ACCA / CA / CIMA or CMA
