As an Associate Systems Support Engineer, you get the opportunity to work in a centralized global IT support team. You will work on a 24x7 rotational roster, participating in technical team discussions and being the primary contact point, responsible for troubleshooting & resolution of level 1 & 2 incidents and service requests. You will quickly resolve a wide range of Windows System and applications issues and provide support for Microsoft 365 Cloud related services for global users, with a goal to also identify & deliver IT training to help staff become more efficient with their day today business operations.

This is a full-time position based out of our office in Colombo, Sri Lanka where you will work on a rotational roster across 24/7 operational hours, and will offer the opportunity to work on a hybrid basis on occasion.

Some of the essential experience you’ll have include:

  • Microsoft certification (MCP/MCSA)
  • 2-3 years in an IT Help desk/desktop support environment.
  • Good working knowledge of various technologies including Windows 2008/2012 Server, Windows.
  • Experience in Microsoft Office 365 will be an added advantage.
  • Exposure to Cloud environment (storage and backup systems).
  • Strong knowledge of network infrastructure is an advantage

In this position, you will need to be available to work on a rotational roster across 24/7 operational hours and have outstanding English verbal and written communication skills.
