Position - Associate UI/UX Designer

Role Description
This is a full-time associate UI/UX designer role with FEASTO, located in Jaffna with flexibility for some remote work. In this role, you'll collaborate with developers, and marketing professionals to design and deliver better experiences for FEASTO's platform users. You'll help shape the user interface through research, testing, and iteration, ensuring the continuity of the visual design with the user experience. Additionally, you'll be creating wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months of proven work as a UI/UX Designer
- A portfolio of projects that showcase your talent
- Knowledge on wireframing and prototyping tools such as Figma and Adobe XD
- Ability to conduct usability testing, research, and analysis, and interpret and act on data from user testing
- Strong communication skills and ability to work efficiently in a collaborative, team-based environment
- Has a general understanding of how design affects development to ensure that the development process runs smoothly.
- Has technical knowledge logical reasoning, and the capability to understand complex applications.
Responsibilities
- Developing user personas and usage scenarios
- Keep all of our visual messaging clean
- Creating wireframes, storyboards, sitemaps, and user flows
- Create visual designs, including typography, color, and iconography
- Communicate and explain design decisions to the team and stakeholders
- Conduct Usability Testing
- Stay up-to-date on design trends and best practices
- Help to maintain and improve the design system
- Collaborate with developers to execute the design to a finished product
