Position - Business Development Executive

We are currently on the lookout for an experienced Business Development Executive to join our Sales Team. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for communicating the benefits of our Software solution to potential customers. Duties will include identifying new sales leads, pitching products and services, contacting potential customers, and setting up Meetings for the Sales Team. You will be Joining a New Startup with Opportunities to work with the Latest Technologies with many growth opportunities.


Your Responsibilities:

  • Carry out cold calls in order to create interest in products and services, generate new business leads, and arrange meetings.
  • Identify the Prospects and work on Lead Generation Strategies.
  • Follow up on Inbound Lead Inquiries.
  • Demonstrate an In-depth Understanding of the client's Requirements and Effectively present the Company's Value Proposition.
  • Aid in Marketing Activities.
  • Identify and develop new business through networking and follow-up courtesy calls.
  • Using social selling techniques to attract and source leads.


You must have:

  • Minimum 1+ years of experience in Business Development/Cold calling /Generating New Leads /Setting up Appointments.
  • Sound Educational Background Preferably a bachelor’s degree
  • Outgoing Personality to speak to customers, either face to face or over the phone
  • Excellent Negotiation and communication skills.
  • Experience in the software sales industry would be an Added Advantage
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • An interest in technology.
  • Computer literacy including Microsoft Office.
