We are seeking a talented and innovative Creative Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for conceiving and executing visually stunning designs for a wide range of mediums, including print, digital, and social media. You should be able to think outside the box and bring fresh ideas to the table, while also working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to bring projects to life. Responsibilities

• Take ownership of creation of artwork and ensure all artworks are aligned with the internal branding
• Create static and video content for our social, digital and offline platforms
• Collaborate closely with our internal and external marketing team and merchants to drive the creative concepts and execute our brand initiatives
• Illustrating concepts by designing and submitting designs for approval before moving forward with projects.
• Conceptualizing and executing design projects that align with the team's workflow. You will also be responsible for scheduling and organizing your projects to ensure they are completed efficiently and on time
• Continuously learn new techniques to improve your knowledge in the field
• Manage workload and honour deadlines and internal targets

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in an agency or in-house environment
• BA/BSc in Multimedia/Media and Communication Design would be a plus
• Fluent in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma, and video editing skills will be an added advantage
• Strong passion for design, aesthetics, trends, and products
• Excellent communication, conceptual thinking, typography, and design skills
• Ability to understand briefs and business objectives and take initiative in projects
